How to enroll

Please refer to the table given below for the costs, required for a 10 -year storage at ultra- low temperature, including such as needed for collecting / shipping / separating cord blood. Renewal for another 10 years will require only preservation fees (Yen 70,000 plus consumer tax) excluding initial processing fees for separation.
When in future your Stem Cells are to be drawn from our bank due to some medical necessity, no additional expenses shall be incurred to you except in such a case as you will request transferring your Stem Cells to overseas location.

(Collection & Proccessing fee: 147,000yen /fee for 10years 0f strage: 73,500yen )

We have set the new payment plan starting February 2011.
This new payment plan will fit better to more people with different lifestyle, and therefore it is easier to make a payment.

※A service fee is included in the installment plans.
